Kmart $10 off $20 Purchase - NOT VALID

I apologize but it looks like this coupon is not valid even though it did come directly from Kmart's website. Supposedly it was only supposed to be for Chicago and New York areas. From what I have read Kmart is known to do stuff like this - I usually don't bother to shop there because their coupon policy is radiculous as well!!
